Behaviours
This is the foundation of Intelligent Behaviour Analytics.
Understanding Behaviours provides a detailed overview of how you behave, make decisions and are perceived by others.
Reactions & Responses
Stage Two of IBA gives you a framework to understand your reactions and responses to given situations. It helps to explain how we perceive the world around us, take in information and communicate with others.
Life Events
Each person's life experience is different and is a key part of what shapes us. The framework for understanding our life events in a structured and reflective way is the final stage in the IBA process.
The three segments of Intelligent Behaviour Analytics taken together provide a detailed analysis unique to you.
Understanding Behaviours
An in-depth understanding of your behaviour and that of others begins with a questionnaire. Within 24 hours of completing this online, you will receive a personalised and confidential report. It is wholly unique to you.
This model has been designed to ensure you are not put into a box. How you answer this questionnaire will reflect your own particular behaviours and yours alone.
How to access Stage One
The IBA model is currently available to academic institutions, professional bodies and public and private sector organisations.
If your institution, professional body or organisation is registered for IBA, it will be able to give you a Referral Code. Once you have the Referral Code, go to the Login page and register. You will then have access to Stage I.
Private individuals and those who are unsure if their organisation is affiliated please contact support@hillcrofthouse.co.uk and tell us the name of the institution, professional body or organisation that you are part of. Once we have this information we will be able to tell you if you can access IBA.
